Oetsi stands for “Organization for Eco-Tourism in Suriname’s Interior”. As registered tour operator stands at the head of this company Mr. Dinesh Ramlal who makes his hobby a full time job. As a tour operator, he finds it very interesting to arrange all kinds of tours to different places in Suriname.
Oetsi Tours is a tour operator that offers tours and excursions in Suriname, British- and French Guyana. We offer all in tours for one or more days depending on your needs and wishes. Our adventurous tours will guide you to the untouched jungle, part of the Amazone rainforest, where we will take a journey back in time. Nights can be spent in authentic huts of the domestic people or in private jungle lodges near by the Maroons or Amer-indians. crossing the river will be in canoes made out of a hollowed out tree-trunk.
Our goal is to promote eco-tourism, develop the local community and to make Suriname more known to the rest of the world as a tourist destination.
