Oetsi Tour’s Travel Conditions
- With the possibility of lacking travel conditions on this form only the tour operator is responsible.
- The client, to whom we refer in these conditions, is the natural or legal person, who not only for himself but also for several travelers to whom we refer to as a group that books the tour. Before the commencement of the tour, the traveler can assign his/her place to a third party who must comply with all the rules of the travel agency. The assigning party must inform the travel agency in time before departure.
- The client is responsible for living up to these conditions.
- The client has to have a valid passport or other means of identification for placing a reservation.
- The client has the right to change plans seven days before departure, not taken into account the day of departure. These changes charge travel costs and administration fees.
- If a cancellation may occur one must pay 3% of the travel fee, when canceling 10 to 15 days before departure. If canceling 3 to 9 days before departure 10% of travel fee will be fined, when canceling less than 3 days in advance 50 % of the travel fee needs to be paid.
- The client needs to receive a deposit of 25% travel fee from the traveler when making a reservation. The travel fee should be paid 5 days before departure at the latest, the day of departure not included.
- Agreements made on the travel fee account for the traveler on the basis of multiple persons per room (cabin), unless stated differently in the agreement.
- The travel program is decided and publicized by the tour operator, unless stated differently by agreement.
- The tour operator can change the publicized travel fee at any time when informed 5 days before departure at the latest.
- The client has the right to cancel the trip, if the travel fee may be increased with more than 15%.
- Already paid fees can be returned, if the cancellation is revealed to the tour operator within one day after change of travel fee.
- The journey is accounted in whole days, where days of departure and arrival are also accounted for as such.
- The traveler should carry with oneself from the moment of departure all necessary proof of vaccination or inoculation.
- The tour operator can not be held responsible for consequences of not having sufficient vaccination, or allergies.
- The tour operator keeps the right to cancel the trip if the minimum of participants is not reached. The tour operator also keeps right to change residence or air-and water transportation. The tour operator also keeps the right to change tour plans due to climate or cultural conditions.
- Oetsi Tours is not to be held responsible for consequences forthcoming for handed over safety material by third party nor for not having travel assurance after accidents may have occurred.
- The tour operator cannot be held responsible for conditions forthcoming with tour risks when there is no adequate communication or transportation possibilities nor medical proficiency at hand.
- After client agrees to make reservation at Oetsi Tours, proof will filed after reservation. The affirmation of this reservation by Oetsi Tours and the client is proof for this trip agreement.
- The client who books the trip, and thereby neglects to pass on the travel agreements, will be held responsible. Not the tour operator.
